Each probation trust is managed locally by an appointed Probation Board. The Board oversees the overall operation of the service and its budget and also employs its 250 plus staff. The decisions of the Board are implemented by the organisation's management team.

Board meetings
Meetings are usually held at our Headquarters in Graham House, Hertford.
The public and press are welcome to attend the first part of all Hertfordshire Probation Trust Board meetings.
In the second part of the meeting we may need to consider confidential items and these will be considered in private. These items may concern the personal information of an individual, or details of their case, or they may concern the financial matters of a third party.
