Hertfordshire Probation Trust is one of 35 probation trusts in England and Wales, all working hard to protect the public and reduce re-offending in conjunction with our partners in the public, voluntary and increasingly the private sector.

We are beginning to compete with other providers for the right to provide probation services - a Best Value approach which ensures we will strive ever harder to provide best value for the tax-payer.
