Vacancy: HR Administrator - Maternity cover, fixed-term contract to end February 2013
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Based: Probation HQ, Hertford moving to Argyle House, Stevenage in Spring/Summer 2012
Salary: £21,391 - £27,102 pro rata

Working within a small and friendly HR team, you will be able to assist the HR & Staff Development Manager to provide a comprehensive and effective HR service to the Trust so that the service meets its objectives in a rapidly changing and increasingly competitive environment.

With previous experience of working in an HR team, you should be able to work with people at all levels, be flexible in your approach and have the ability to prioritise work effectively and deal with conflicting priorities.

You will have good IT and administration skills and have preferably worked with personnel packages previously. Ideally you will be either a student or graduate member of the CIPD and have a working knowledge of employment law.
