To do this, it takes real leadership and strategic insight; people qualities and financial management; with the ability to drive change and enhance performance. It also takes an open mind, a commitment to celebrating diversity and, above all, the integrity and business acumen needed to make profound, results-oriented decisions that can create our future and turn individual offenders around. If these are skills you possess and you can offer up to 2-5 days a month as a Board Member we would like to hear from you and in particular we would like to hear from disabled people and people from ethnic minority groups plus present or former local councillors, as they are under-represented on the Board. The above hourly rate is exclusive of allowable expenses.
