High-achieving Hertfordshire Probation staff who passed diplomas, NVQs and other professional exams within the last year received their certificates at the annual East of England Awards ceremony on Friday 4 March.

This included staff who completed the new Certificate in Community Justice. They were the first group of Hertfordshire Probation staff to embark on the new qualification route towards becoming a probation officer.
