In addtion to Community Payback and/or a programme, the Court may stipulate additional requirements

Prohibited activity
This is intended to prevent further offending by preventing you from doing something.

You will not be able to do this prohibited activity for the duration of your order. For example, if you cause trouble at football games the court may order you to stop attending matches.

You may be returned to court if you do not comply with your order and are likely to receive a more severe sentence.

Exclusion
Exclusion means that you cannot go to a certain place/places on certain days and at certain times. This may be a part of a town, a house or an event such as a football match. You may also be electronically monitored (tagged) to ensure that you comply.

Curfew
Curfew means that you must be in a particular place at certain times, for example your home. This will be for between 2 and 12 hours per day depending on the sentence. You may be electronically monitored (tagged) to ensure you obey the rules.

Attendance Centre
This is for younger offenders and involves attendance at specialist centre at certain times. Although this is a requirement that can form part of the order it is not supervised by probation staff.

Residence requirement
You must live in a particular place for the duration of the requirement. It may be your own home, a relative's home or a approved probation premises. The court officer will explain this to you.
